“Starting tomorrow, an anticyclonic regime is established over most of European Russia … The pressure is increasing sharply, and the weather will be really, surprisingly, winter and anticyclonic. Winter will say goodbye so majestically to the center of European Russia. Indeed, it will leave with dignity. Frosts that will be remembered, “- said the meteorologist.

So in Moscow on Wednesday and Thursday night, the temperature background, according to the scientist, will be 11-13 degrees below normal.

“During the day, the maximum values ​​are minus 10 degrees. In the future, frost will intensify. Night temperatures range from minus 19 to minus 21 degrees … in the region up to minus 24 degrees, and in low places up to minus 25 … minus 28 degrees. On the night of March 10 and 11. Daytime temperatures will remain around minus 10 degrees, ”said Wilfand.

Similar weather will be in other regions of the center of European Russia.

The lowest temperatures, according to the forecaster, are expected this week in the Central Federal District, as well as the Volga and Ural Federal Districts.

“Temperature background minus 24 degrees. In the Perm Territory up to minus 28 degrees, even in the Ulyanovsk region up to minus 29 degrees. Real winter with temperature deviations of 10-12 degrees. And even in some regions, in the Volga region and the Urals, it is 15-16 degrees below normal, ”he said.

In the Chernozem region, the deviation from the temperature norm will be 5-6 degrees.

It is noted that in the North-Western Federal District by the middle of the week, daytime temperatures will be from minus 7 to minus 12 degrees. The only “warm” place is the Kaliningrad region, where daytime temperatures will be around zero.

Earlier, on March 7, Vilfand said that warming should return to Moscow and other regions of the Central Federal District (CFD) on March 13-14.
