In the village of Industrialnoye in Krasnodar, two unauthorized buildings were demolished, the area of ​​which exceeded 1.2 thousand square meters. These are two apartment buildings, the illegal construction of which was discovered back in 2016, – the press service of the regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service reports.
The construction of houses began in the village of Industrialnoye – two houses on the street. Steppe area 891 and 370 square meters. However, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the regional capital issued a permit only for the construction of one three-storey apartment building with an area of ​​407.4 square meters. The mayor’s office filed a lawsuit against the developer in September 2016, after which the Prikubansky District Court seized the site and buildings. Due to the fact that the developer filed appeals, the court hearings lasted for several years, until the judicial collegium for civil cases of the regional court finally satisfied the claim of the mayor’s office for the demolition of the squatter. Demolition responsibilities were assigned to the developer, but in the end the administration had to deal with this.
