Until the end of July 31, as well as August 1, forecasters predict heavy rainfall in Volgograd and the region, gusty winds up to 24 meters per second and thunderstorms. This was reported in the press service of the regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies.
Rescuers recommend observing safety measures in strong winds. In particular, do not park vehicles near advertising structures, billboards and trees.
If broken wires are found, do not approach them. The accident must be reported to the regional energy company.
– In case of a dangerous situation, call the fire and rescue service “101”, – reminded the department.
Note, according to the resource Gismeteo, by 4:30 pm the air temperature in Volgograd was 35 degrees with a plus sign. On Friday, July 31, it is also expected to reach +35 degrees.
