In the Khabarovsk Territory, a criminal investigation into the murder of nine years ago has been completed. The person involved in the case is a 41-year-old man, according to the Investigative Directorate of the ICR for the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
According to the investigation, on May 2, 2011, in the village of Dormidontovka, Vyazemsky District, a quarrel occurred between the accused and his acquaintances, during which a man stabbed his opponent two times in the abdomen. The victim died from his injuries, writes IA AmurMedia.
After the crime was committed, the attacker left the Khabarovsk Territory. In March 2020, it was possible to establish his whereabouts. He lived in Moscow.
The accused was taken to the Khabarovsk Territory for investigative actions. At the request of the investigators, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention.
The investigation of the criminal case has been completed. The materials were handed over to the prosecutor for approval of the indictment and sending the case to the court for consideration.
On July 28, it was reported that investigators found the body of a 90-year-old woman in a barn, who disappeared six months ago in the city of Krasnoslobodsk, Volgograd Region. Her son is suspected of murder.
