Before starting work on a computer and after finishing, you should wash your hands thoroughly – bacteria circulating in the air can settle on the keyboard, the expert noted.
At the same time, Shilkina stressed, you need to wash your hands correctly: at least one and a half minutes, “making circular and rubbing movements.”
