The mayor’s office does not know why such a decision was made, but the comments will be eliminated in the coming months, writes Svoy Kirovsky with reference to the radio station Echo of Moscow in Kirov.
The town planning code specifies the reasons for the negative opinion. In particular, this is the inclusion of agricultural land, the transfer of forest resources to urban forests, said Tatyana Govorova, deputy head of the Kirov city planning and architecture department.
She explained that in this case, a conciliation commission is formed from representatives of the bodies that gave a negative opinion. She will work for three months, removing comments and finalizing the master plan. After that, the document will be published again in the federal system.
Let’s remind that public hearings on the new draft of the general plan of Kirov will take place on August 3 at 5 pm in the city administration on Vorovskogo street, 39. Participants of the hearings will be shown a presentation with explanations. Then you can ask questions and make suggestions for finalizing the project. The hearings will also be broadcast on the City Hall’s YouTube channel. Based on the results of the event, the city manager will agree with the project or send it for revision.
