The head of the Republic of Buryatia, Aleksey Tsydenov, signed a decree on the resignation of the regional government. This was reported on Friday, January 15, on the website of the regional government.
“The decree on the resignation of the government of the Republic of Buryatia was signed by the head of the Republic of Belarus Aleksey Tsydenov. Structural changes in the executive authorities are also planned, ”the statement says.
It is specified that Tsydenov announced his decision at a meeting with members of the government on Friday. He thanked everyone for the work done.
According to the head of the region, the government faces difficult tasks. Among the main ones, he singled out the creation of comfortable conditions for work and life in the republic, as well as the creation of new jobs.
“There are many tasks, they are not easy. Structural changes required. I want to talk to each of you separately. We will move on in a new format, in a new structure of government, ”Tsydenov said at the meeting.
He stressed that the issues of ecology, forest management and forest conservation are especially acute. The education and health sectors also require attention.
On December 27, it became known that the Russian government allocated more than 2.5 billion rubles to maintain the stability of the budgets of the three regions. Funding will be directed to regions that have reduced budget revenues due to the spread of coronavirus. It was noted that, among other things, the Republic of Buryatia will receive money.
