According to the specialist, if you sleep for more than 20 minutes, sleep will become deep and it will take time to get out of it completely. The doctor noted that after deep sleep, recovery lasts 20 to 40 minutes, which is inconvenient in working conditions.
“However, if a person has an irregular working day, an hour of sleep will give him the opportunity after the final awakening to be vigorous until the evening,” Dorokhov explained.
He added that the best period for daytime rest is from 13:00 to 15:00.
“Our body is designed so that sleepiness naturally increases during this time. But after 17 hours sleep for more than an hour is not desirable – this can cause poor sleep at night. You can simply not fall asleep, ”the doctor warned.
