The directors of Ecologi-Ka LLC are suspected of fraud. This is reported by the IC on the RD.
According to the investigation, the accused entered into agreements with the heads of 36 schools and 13 kindergartens in the Derbent district on the supply of containers for solid municipal waste. The cost of each of the 90 containers, which, according to the documents, were to be delivered to the addresses – 7 thousand rubles each. The regional operator did not submit the goods, however, the documents for the delivery and acceptance of containers were drawn up fictitiously.
Thus, the director embezzled 630,000 rubles. He cashed the amount and used it at his own discretion.
A criminal case has now been initiated.
