It is reported that the facts of violation of quarantine by patients have been recorded. The department recalled that the specified application is designed to monitor compliance with the isolation regime for patients with COVID-19.
Earlier, the head of the capital’s Rospotrebnadzor reported that mass events can destabilize the epidemiological situation. And the plenipotentiary representative of the government in the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, Mikhail Barshchevsky, recalled that the organization of mass events in a pandemic that creates a threat of the spread of infection may face criminal liability.
