State Duma deputy Irina Chirkova sent a request to the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Investigative Committee to verify the facts of admission and training of the chairman of the Arkhangelsk City Duma Valentna Syrova to a higher educational institution for signs of crimes, namely: forgery and circulation of forged documents and negligence. Chirkova reports this on her public page on VKontakte.
Recall that on November 25, the regional court upheld the decision of the Lomonosov District Court of Arkhangelsk to invalidate the diploma of higher education in the name of Valentina Syrova. The court established that Syrova did not have a complete secondary education, in connection with which she had no right to enter the university, and upon admission she presented not the original, but a blueprint of the diploma of secondary vocational education, which is not in the personal file.
