May Day in Labytnangi will be celebrated at the end of the third month of spring, the reason for this is the threat of the spread of coronavirus. This was reported on April 22 in the culture department of the Labytnangi administration.
“In view of the risks of the spread of COVID-19 and due to the impossibility of strict compliance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor during mass events, it was decided to postpone all traditional events dedicated to the Spring and Labor Day from May 1 to May 30 (tentatively),” the department said in a statement culture.

On May 1, let’s post videos about our teams, achievements in labor affairs, photo collages with colleagues and simply congratulations to each other with the common hashtag # PervomayLbt or # MirTrudMayLbt, ”the representatives of the department addressed the residents of Labytnang.
Initially, on May 1, mass festive festivities were planned in Labytnangi at several venues in the city, for example, at the Builder Club and on Vladimir Nak Square.
