A source in the Russian intelligence community told reporters that the Belarusian authorities received information about the alleged infiltration of a group of “Russian militants” into the territory of this country from the Ukrainian special services.

This information was also confirmed in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. He also said that Kiev had reported a second group allegedly infiltrated into the country.

“The Ukrainian side warned that another group entered Belarus through the southern border. Now we are looking, however, I do not really believe that 30 people crossed the border. We would have found such a group, if, of course, they did not go to Russia or back to Ukraine, “Lukashenka noted.
