Samsung has unveiled a new flagship line of Galaxy smartphones – the S21, S21 + and S21 Ultra. The company’s message on Thursday, January 14, was at the disposal of RBC.

All three models, as noted, are equipped with an AMOLED display with a frequency of up to 120 Hz, the screen sizes of the new devices will be 6.2 inches, 6.7 inches and 6.8 inches, respectively. The smartphones have received Gorilla Glass Victus, and they also support 5G mobile networks.

The battery capacity in the new lineup was 4000 mAh for the S21, 4.8 thousand mAh for the S21 + and 5000 mAh for the S21 Ultra.

The set of the device does not contain headphones and charging – manufacturers explain this by concern for the environment and the behavior of buyers, who often use the already existing charger.

New smartphones support 4K and 8K shooting. The S21 and S21 + have the same cameras from three modules – wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle 12MP, as well as a 64MP telephoto lens. The S21 Ultra includes four camera modules – a 12MP ultra wide-angle lens, a 108MP wide-angle lens and two 10MP telephoto lenses.

Sales of the new line will begin on February 5th, with pre-orders starting on January 14th.

The cost of the Galaxy S21 model will be from 74.99 thousand rubles, the other two models will cost from 89.99 thousand rubles. and from 109.99 thousand rubles. respectively.

In addition, the company introduced the Galaxy Buds Pro wireless headphones. They feature Active Noise Cancellation and SmartTags. Thanks to this, the smartphone will be able to find, for example, lost keys to which the tag is attached.

In October 2020, it became known that Samsung caught up with Apple in revenue from smartphone sales in Russia. The share of sales of Samsung devices in monetary terms in the third quarter in Russia equaled the proceeds from sales of Apple products and amounted to 32.8%.
