Already more than forty Sakhalin residents have been disaccustomed for budget money within the framework of the national project. Thus, the employees of the Ostrovnaya poultry farm, Sakhalin Communal Company JSC and Municipal Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise managed to improve their qualifications. This year, the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” will provide the necessary knowledge to 75 workers of the island enterprises.
By 2024, the number of specialists who have improved their qualifications in this way will reach about eight hundred people. It will also increase customer satisfaction with employment services by ninety percent. Employment services are planned to be transformed into modern personnel centers, where citizens who are looking for work will be met by versatile, well-trained personal consultants.
