The Moscow District Court of the city of Tver sentenced a man who was suspected of robbery on the territory of the regional capital.
In October 2020, on Zelenyi proyezd, a man snatched a bag from the victim’s hands, which contained a phone, an inhaler, money and a bank card, and fled the scene. The total amount of damage was 4,700 rubles.
Soon the defendant was found, he agreed to cooperate with the investigation and fully admitted his guilt, which became a mitigating circumstance for him. However, it turned out that this was not the first time a man had robbed someone.
The court took these facts into account and sentenced the robber to 1 year and 4 months in a strict regime colony.
