An unauthorized action takes place on Saturday in the center of Vladivostok. It is attended by from 300 to 500 people, TASS reports with reference to the government of the Primorsky Territory on January 23.

The protesters gathered in the central city square, and then advanced in a column along the main streets.

“According to preliminary data, about 300 people are taking part in the rally. There are about 500 in the march, ”the press service reports, citing data from the Department of Internal Policy.

The regional authorities remind citizens that for participation in uncoordinated actions on January 23, liability is stipulated by law. Their participants can be fined from 10 to 300 thousand rubles, arrested for 15 days, or involved in community service.

Earlier on Saturday, the chairman of the Council of Fathers, Andrei Kochenov, told Izvestia that there were no children at the uncoordinated rally that day in Khabarovsk. According to him, the action went smoothly.

On January 21, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded citizens that it would be held administratively liable for calls to participate in unsanctioned rallies. It was noted that the police are preparing to maintain order at the rallies on 23 January.

On Thursday, the hashtag #ChildrenVnePolitiki was launched on the Internet to ensure the safety of minors in connection with calls for unauthorized actions. They try to manipulate children and adolescents mainly through social networks.

By taking part in unauthorized activities, children expose themselves to the risk of being involved in riots, delinquency and crime. Minors can be traumatized by people in crowds. In addition, for participation in illegal actions, a fine from 10 thousand to 20 thousand rubles or compulsory work for a period of 100 hours, or arrest for up to 15 days is provided.

In turn, the Prosecutor General’s Office demanded to restrict access to websites that publish calls for teenagers to take part in illegal actions on that day.
