During the period of the pandemic, the collection of payments for overhaul in some regions decreased, in the Pskov region – increased. As the correspondent of “MK in Pskov” reports, this was announced on August 12 at a press conference at the PLN Public Press Center by the head of the regional Fund for overhaul, Viktor Ivaschenko.
“The overall collection rate is 80.8%,” he said. – But I would like the percentage to exceed 90%. The debt is quite large – 560 million rubles. You can use this money for a whole year of capital repairs, without attracting other funds. We use different ways to make debtors pay, we work with organizations and authorities. They collected about 11 million rubles, in previous years – 5-8 million rubles. “
On payment discipline, some districts have intensified their work, the expert said. The leaders in payments are Novosokolniki (90.6%), Pustoshka, Porkhov, Pskov. Velikie Luki, Loknya. Gdov pays chronically poorly. In the Sebezhsky district, the collection rate used to be very low, now it is close to 100%, said Viktor Ivaschenko.
