Online retailer Ozon and the Avtomir group of companies are launching a joint project to sell cars via the Internet. This was reported on August 6 by TASS.
Ozon will act as a “showcase”, and the execution of orders, including the transfer of the car to the client, remains with “Autoworld”.
Initially, Avtomir will be presented at Ozon by 14 car brands – Hyundai, Kia, Renault, Citroen, Ford, Geely, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Skoda, Suzuki, Haval and Volkswagen.
Having chosen the car you like from the list, you can reserve it on the website by filling out the electronic application form. In this case, the sale of the car will take place at a price fixed for the buyer.
On July 6, it was reported that the Korean company Hyundai plans to introduce a new car sales scheme in Russia. From October 2020, customers will have the opportunity to buy cars directly from the Hyundai Motor CIS manufacturer, which is located in St. Petersburg.
