The Government of the Municipality of Samaipata, Department of Santa Cruz, Bolivia has distributed message, which refers to the discovery of a “mysterious monolith” similar to those found in a number of other countries, such as Great Britain and Romania.
“In the south of Samaipata, a metal structure was found about three meters high, with inscriptions in different languages. These inscriptions are being studied to determine what message they contain,” the message says.
