The Chinese company Geely has certified the new FY 11 crossover for sales in the Russian market, which in our country will be called Tugella. This follows from the Vehicle Type Approval (OTTS), published in the Rosstandart database.

The novelty is built on the basis of the CMA modular platform, which was developed by Chinese specialists in cooperation with Volvo. The length of the car is 4605 mm and the wheelbase is 2700 mm.

The car will be offered with a two-liter gasoline engine with 177 and 238 hp. The gearbox is an eight-speed Aisin automatic transmission. The model will be offered with both front and all-wheel drive.

The complete set of new items will include a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system, airbags, a multimedia system, and a function to call emergency services. Adaptive cruise control and a sunroof will be offered as an option.

On May 6, it was reported that Geely begins to take orders in Russia for the Coolray crossover in the basic Comfort configuration.
