In January next year, the pupils of the sports school №6 of Petrozavodsk will have the opportunity to play hockey in more comfortable conditions, because next week they will complete the installation of new and modern equipment for practicing this amazing sport.
Thanks to the federal project “Sport is the Norm of Life”, the sports school managed to purchase a treadmill, as well as wonderful interactive simulators with an integrated analytics system. This will help hockey players stay in shape at any time of the year. In addition, the equipment can be used for the rehabilitation of injured athletes. There is one nuance – pupils of the school over 8 years old will be able to train on the new site.
The Karelian Ministry of Sports emphasizes that this is the first simulator in the republic for professional training of hockey players. It is noteworthy that the sensory control system with which the complex is equipped allows you to regulate the intensity of training.
