The cost of transport cards for schoolchildren and students in Pskov will be compensated in December, the chairman of the regional transport committee Boris Elkin said tonight.
The cards are being introduced on Pskov buses from November 1, and they promised that they will be free for schoolchildren and students. However, everyone who purchased the card had to pay 100 rubles, regardless of the age and status of the cardholder.
Boris Elkin promised that 100 rubles will be returned to everyone who will use a student or student transport card for travel in December – a discount on the cost of a ticket will be 100 rubles.
