According to the health department of the Smolensk region, clinical examination and vaccination of the population are resumed. This was made possible thanks to the sustained downward trend in the incidence of COVID-19 and the subject being in the second phase of lifting restrictions related to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. However, for persons over 65 years old, for citizens with chronic diseases of the bronchopulmonary, cardiovascular and endocrine systems, clinical examination will be resumed only after the complete removal of restrictive measures.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia, this year citizens born in 1981, 1984,1987,1990,1993,1996,1999 can undergo medical examination (for persons over 40 years old, it is carried out annually).
For working citizens, preventive medical examinations are organized in the evening or on Saturday. At the same time, according to the Labor Code, all employees are granted a one day exemption from work to undergo medical examination, and for citizens of pre-retirement and retirement age – two working days a year.
In order to prevent infection with a new coronavirus infection, antiseptics are placed at the entrance to medical organizations, contactless thermometry is carried out, and a mask regime and social distancing of 1.5 meters are observed.
