300 kg of meat products from Belarus were not allowed to enter the Pskov region. As the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor administration told MK in Pskov, the car with the cargo was stopped at the Russian-Belarusian border. 200 kg of sausage and 100 kg of chicken meat were transported to Nevel for further sale.

The staff of the department decided to check the cargo before allowing its further transportation. It turned out that the carrier did not have accompanying documents for the cargo, which would confirm the quality and safety of the products. In addition, the goods were transported without a refrigerator. It could deteriorate on the way and harm the health of consumers.

The goods were returned to the Republic of Belarus. On the fact of the revealed violation, an administrative offense case was initiated.
