Famous host Larry King is in mourning for two of his children who lost their lives within days of each other.
According to information from the gossip site Page Six, one of the most seasoned interviewers of his generation is in difficult mourning.
Her son Andy has died in recent weeks and her daughter Chaia has passed away from chronic illness. Andy was 65 and Chaia, 51.
Larry King adopted Andy in 1962 after marrying his mother, Alene Akins. The couple then had a child together, Chai, in 1969.
Larry and his three other children are very touched by this difficult loss. In addition, the facilitator has to deal with fragile health.
A host of Larry King Live is also the father of Larry Jr., from his second marriage, and his college-aged sons Chance and Cannon, from his most recent marriage to Shawn King.
Larry wrote a children’s book, Daddy Day, Daughter Day, with Chaia in 1997, in which they both gave their take on his divorce from his first wife.
She died in 2017. At the time, Larry King tweeted: “I am very saddened by the passing of Alene Akins, who passed away peacefully with our children Chaia and Andy by her side. She was a great lady. ”
As Page Six first reported, Larry, 86, almost died last year from a stroke and was in a coma for several weeks.
