Donald Trump’s indictment will be sent to the Senate on Monday, which is responsible for trying him for “incitement to insurgency,” Democratic leader of the upper house Chuck Schumer said on Friday.
The head of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi “informed me that the indictment would be sent to the Senate on Monday,” he said in the hemicycle.
