Today it became known that the Astrakhan police officers detained a man who was on the federal wanted list.
The criminal was caught on violation of traffic rules: “Gazelle”, on which he moved, was stopped in the city of Akhubinsk on Yermak street. Police officers began checking the driver’s database and found that the 37-year-old man had long been looking for a federal wanted list.
It turns out that since January of this year, the man has been hiding from justice. He committed crimes in the area of ​​drug trafficking in St. Petersburg.
Naturally, the offender was immediately detained and taken to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Akhtuba region. The Astrakhan police have already informed their colleagues from St. Petersburg about his capture.
