Investigative bodies of Chuvashia terminated the criminal case against the general director of a firm located in the Cheboksary region, who was suspected of non-payment of wages.
According to the press service of the ICR for the region, the head of the company owes his former chief accountant over 360 thousand rubles for the period of her work from February to November last year. At the same time, the company had money to pay wages.
After the initiation of a criminal case, the suspect paid off the debt in full. In accordance with the requirements of the law, the investigator decided to terminate the criminal case on a non-rehabilitating basis, the department noted.
