Obligatory labeling of all pets in Russia may be postponed, as it can bring losses to business and citizens. Izvestia writes about this with reference to the conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the draft law of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. The document indicates a low study of the novel.
Although the Ministry of Agriculture writes about the absence of certain costs in connection with the introduction of labeling of pets and farm animals, the initiative, by default, involves the owners of the procedure at their own expense. The Ministry of Economic Development proposes to make the marking in stages.
It is also indicated that the novel “contains provisions introducing excessive obligations, prohibitions and restrictions for business, which will lead to unreasonable costs.” Particular concern is expressed for the owners of more livestock in rural areas, they can receive a huge number of fines if they do not have time to complete the labeling in time, and many of these farmers are already strapped for money.
