The preparation of the region’s life support systems for winter became the main issue at the working meeting chaired by Governor Andrei Bocharov today.
The difficult sanitary and epidemic situation forces the leadership of the region to pay maximum attention to the issues of reliable and safe functioning of life support systems – water disposal, water supply and heat supply. Especially in Volgograd, where the seasonal incidence of ARVI and new coronavirus infection is still high. It is for preventive purposes that this year the heating season began earlier than usual.
Representatives of the Leader group of companies, which is implementing a large-scale investment project as part of a public-private partnership, were invited to a meeting with the Governor of the Volgograd Region Andrei Bocharov. Andrei Bocharov emphasized that the interaction of the Volgograd authorities with the leadership of the Leader Group of Companies is constructive and allows to effectively solve the problems arising in the course of the implementation of a large-scale project to develop the housing and communal services system and modernize engineering networks in the regional center.
At the meeting, decisions were made aimed at strengthening the coordination of specialized authorities with concessionaires in order to improve the quality and efficiency of management, safe operation of systems and reduce losses, the press service of the head of the region reports.
