The driver from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk decided to find the cyclist he collided with in order to involve him in repairing the damaged car.
As IA Sakh.com writes on October 2, the accident happened two days ago on Anton Buyukly street. According to driver Sergei, a young man on a BMX stunt bike literally jumped onto the road from the sidewalk right under the wheels.
“I was driving at a speed of 30 km / h, no more. When I saw him, I tried to react, gave a little to the left, but everything happened too quickly. He flew my head without a helmet into the wing. He smashed the headlight for the Great, and the visor crumpled, ”the man said.
Sergei noted that after the collision, the cyclist said that he did not notice the car, then got on the bike and drove away without waiting for the traffic police inspector to arrive.
At the same time, the traffic inspectorate noted that the case is insured, however, payments should not be expected without the culprit of the accident. The damage is estimated at 30-40 thousand rubles.
According to Sergei, watching the video from the surveillance cameras showed that half an hour before the incident he showed that the young man bicycled several times from the curb to the road.
