In Samara, a search is underway for a contractor who will build an indoor football arena near the Samara Arena for 637 million rubles. The work must be completed in 2022. The project includes a field with artificial turf and stands for 500 seats, changing rooms, control center, telecommunication equipment, commentators, gym, conference room.
The arena is intended for football matches and training for teams of different ages, reports NIA Samara. It is planned that in the future an ice palace will appear on the vacant territory near the Samara Arena. Also, the authorities are considering the possibility of building a student campus and entertainment facilities.
Let us remind you that they are planning to build another new sports and recreation center (FOC) in Samara. It will appear in the village of Pribrezhny, Krasnoglinsky District. According to the city’s construction department, a positive conclusion of the state examination has already been received. According to the project, the building will consist of two so-called “volumes”. The first will be a universal sports hall, while the second will house a gym, premises for athletes and administration.
