In Moscow, the Basmanny Court banned the founder of the human rights organization Team 29, lawyer Ivan Pavlov, from using communications and the Internet. According to the press secretary of the court, he is also prohibited from communicating with witnesses in the criminal case.

He is prohibited from using mail, telephone and the Internet, except for calling emergency services and communicating with the investigator.

And he is also obliged to appear promptly and independently when summoned by the investigator and in court.

Prior to this, the investigation brought charges against Pavlov in the case of disclosing the data of the investigation. The decision to initiate a criminal case states that Pavlov had previously given the media a copy of the decision to involve the adviser of Roscosmos, former Kommersant journalist Ivan Safronov, as a defendant in the high treason case. Also, as stated, Pavlov posted the decree on the website of his organization.

In the morning, Pavlov was detained following searches in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Before that, he announced the death of his other client, 77-year-old physicist TsNIIMash Viktor Kudryavtsev, who was placed in a pre-trial detention center on charges of treason and fell ill there.
