In the Kirov region, an employee of a collective farm in the Falensky district was accused of embezzlement (part 3 of article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to the press service of the SUSK RF for the Kirov region, the woman worked as a livestock foreman and sold young cattle belonging to the collective farm to a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan. The man decided to save money, and at his suggestion the collective farm employee several times entered false information into the sale documents, underestimating the total weight of the livestock. For these actions, she received money from the buyer.

Thus, the collective farm’s accounting department, on the basis of false information, drew up payment documents with an underestimated price of young animals. The court sentenced the zootechnician to a fine. As for the buyer from Tatarstan, a criminal case was opened against him under Part 1 of Art. 204.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – petty commercial bribery. The man was also sentenced to a fine.
