He motivated his appeal – the danger of a second wave of coronavirus seems to be quite real. Therefore, security measures, namely, prevention of mass gatherings of people, should not be neglected.
The chairman of the spiritual community of Muslims of the Yaroslavl region Arslanbek Akayev supported the deputy governor. He said that Muslims of the region are really recommended to stay at home on a big holiday and create a festive atmosphere with their families.
