Yaroslavl deputy-developer is no longer threatened with bankruptcy

Roman Fomichev, a deputy of the regional Duma, will no longer be responsible for other people’s debts. Earlier it was reported that the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl Region sent a petition to Sberbank to declare Roman Fomichev bankrupt as an individual.

The reason for this request was also given. Roman Yuryevich acted as a guarantor for a loan of about 50 million rubles. But the debtor did not fulfill the obligations.

As it became known, Roman Fomichev, representatives of the debtor and the bank entered into an amicable agreement, according to which the debt will be repaid, and claims against the deputy of the regional Duma and the entrepreneur-developer are removed. Bankruptcy no longer threatens him. The dispute has been resolved.
