A resident of the Arkhangelsk region reported to law enforcement agencies about the theft from a country house in the village of Lukino, Kharovsky district. A woman born in 1960 said that an unknown person broke the locks and stole tea, as well as various cereals. The amount of damage was estimated at 15 thousand rubles.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Vologda Oblast, a local resident born in 1980 fell under suspicion. He was on the federal wanted list for evading administrative supervision. The man was detained in the Arkhangelsk region. He admitted his guilt and said that he lived with a friend and kept mostly uninhabited villages.

The article, under which a criminal case was initiated, provides for a penalty of imprisonment up to 6 years.
