Two teenage girls are charged with murder after an Uber Eats delivery boy died shortly after a car theft in Washington DC earlier this week.

The two 13 and 15-year-old girls attacked Mohammad Anwar, a 66-year-old Uber Eats delivery boy, with a pulse pistol on Tuesday afternoon while attempting to steal the vehicle, CNN reported on Saturday.

Shocking videos of the event have also made the rounds on social networks in the last days, where it is possible to see Mohammad Anwar attempting to repossess his car.

In the images, the car suddenly bursts away before hitting a lamppost on the side where the delivery man was. The vehicle continues on its way, then we hear the sounds of a skid, followed by a collision.

A little further, the video shows the car overturned on its side and the two teenage girls extricating themselves from the wrecked vehicle.

Mohammad Anwar was unfortunately fatally injured in this incident.

A GoFundMe page has since been set up to help her family.
