The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government published a report on the best municipal practices in the implementation of regional projects. Examples were selected from more than 200 municipalities from 85 regions of the country, among which there are two projects from the Kirov region, the press service of the regional government reports.
In the implementation of the national project “Culture”, the successful practice of the Afanasyevsky district administration in creating a model library was noted. The created model library became the center of the Permian Komi culture. The changes that have taken place made it possible to expand the collection of documents and information resources.
The second project from the region is the improvement of the embankment in the Novovyatsky district of the city of Kirov. In 2019, work on the improvement of the embankment territory was synchronized with measures to repair the road network within the framework of the national project “Safe and High-Quality Highways”. The embankment improvement works were carried out within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”. In addition, this project was included in the register of the best practices in Russia for creating a comfortable urban environment.
