Trucks and cars collided in the Usolsky district of the Irkutsk region. Two people died, three more were injured, according to the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The accident took place on Thursday, July 30, on the P-255 Siberia highway. According to preliminary data, a Volvo truck and a Mazda passenger car collided. The truck turned over and blocked part of the federal highway, writes IrkutskMedia.
As a result of the road accident, two people were killed. Three more, including two minors, received various injuries.
The circumstances of the incident are being established.
On July 28, in Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk region), in a collision of two domestic cars, one person died. As it turned out, the driver of the car that entered the oncoming lane was drunk at the time of the accident. A criminal case has been opened against him.
