Governor Rostislav Goldstein instructed to allocate funds for the development of design estimates for the construction of two similar modern sports grounds. This is also being done within the framework of the Demography project.
At the same time, the administration noted that the stadium of Lyceum No. 23, where it is planned to build one of the FOCOTs, is a problem area. In 2019, it was heavily flooded. To avoid this repetition, the designer proposed to fill up the territory and equip the water intake wells.
