In the near future, two more hospitals in Tatarstan will be removed from the status of covid hospitals. This was announced by the deputy head of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Almir Abashev.
So, the status of an infectious diseases hospital is planned to be removed from the Trauma Center of the RCH and the Hospital of War Veterans. Both medical facilities are located in Kazan. “It all depends on how intensively the new building of the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital will be involved in the work,” the deputy minister said, noting that the new building of the RKIB has already begun accepting the first patients.
Today the War Veterans Hospital is only a quarter full. In the last two days alone, 24 patients were discharged from the hospital, having overcome the coronavirus.
As a reminder, from August 10, Naberezhnye Chelninskaya City Clinical Hospital No. 5 resumed admission of planned patients. The status of an infectious diseases hospital was removed from the hospital last week.
