In Vladivostok, they plan to equip two modern modular automated parking lots. The decree on the search for a contractor appeared on the website of the city administration.
One of the parking lots will be located on Svetlanskaya Street, not far from the Golden Bridge, and the second – not far from the Semenovskaya site. The maximum cost of a contract with a contractor will be 61.51 million rubles, says RIA Vostok-Media.
According to the auction documentation, two parking modules with 12 parking spaces in each should be placed on Svetlanskaya. At Semenovskaya, 18, two more structures will appear – four seats in each.
The modules are already in Vladivostok and awaiting installation. It is noted that parking lots will be equipped with a modern exit system, access by a pin code or special cards. It will take the owner a maximum of two minutes to get his car.
