The press service of the Kostroma mayor’s office informs that from tomorrow, August 6, renovation work will begin on Gorky Street.
TGK-2 is going to replace half a kilometer of the main pipeline in the section between Krasnoarmeyskaya and Young Pionerov streets. From 6 to 30 August, this section of st. Gorky will be closed to all types of transport.
Another site for repair work will be a site near the intersection of st. Struggle and Deputatskaya streets. Therefore, two sections on Fight Street will be closed to traffic.
One – from house number 4 to Deputatskaya street – will be closed until August 17. The other – from house 34 to Fedoseev Street – will become impassable until September 25.
This means that there will be no public transport along Borby Street: trolleybuses # 6 – in general, and # 8 – will take a detour along Kozuev and Polyanskaya streets.
