According to Overchuk, the parties agreed to complete the formation of two expert subgroups by February 2, 2021. The first will deal with issues related to rail, road and combined transport, and the second will deal with issues of ensuring transport, including security, border, customs, sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary and other types of control.

The first meetings of the expert subgroups should take place before February 5, 2021.

In addition, the parties agreed to hold the next meeting of the trilateral Working Group in Moscow. Its date will be agreed by the co-chairs.

The fact that the first meeting of the trilateral working group on the development of Nagorno-Karabakh will be held before January 30, was said in a statement adopted following the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on January 11.
