Scientists from Japan have found out which blood owners are more likely to receive injuries incompatible with life.
It turns out that the most “unsuccessful” was the 1st blood group. Almost 28 percent of its carriers died after being injured. But among carriers of other blood groups, death occurred only in 11 percent.
Scientists explain this phenomenon by the fact that the 1st blood group has the lowest coagulability. A person who is injured runs the risk of dying from blood loss, not from the injury itself.
However, the 1st blood group has its own advantages. In 2018, scientists conducted a study that found that among people with such blood, there are almost 10 percent fewer cases of diseases of the cardiovascular system, writes MedicForum.
