Police in Novomoskovsk continue to clarify details in the case of a swindler who sold mongrels under the guise of purebred dogs.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Tula region, during the investigation, the police found two more victims of the actions of the 17-year-old fraudster. The victims were a 28-year-old woman who bought a spitz for 15 thousand rubles, and a 40-year-old local resident who bought a Chihuahua for 5 thousand rubles. In both cases, the puppies turned out to be outbred.
Further verification is underway. The police establish the exact number of victims of the fraudster.
