In the Moscow region, the season of summer cafes will end on November 1. This was announced on Wednesday, October 28, by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region.
The ministry recalled that by November 15, all facilities must be dismantled.
According to the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region, Andrei Razin, in 2020 more than 580 summer cafes operated at stationary catering establishments in the Moscow region. Most of the seasonal establishments worked in Sergiev Posad, Odintsovo, Podolsk, Serpukhov and Mytishchi. The ministry added that in the past season the average check in summer cafes in the Moscow region was 550 rubles, writes RIAMO.
As the agency of city news “Moscow” notes, the placement of summer seasonal cafes in the Moscow region is made from April 1 to November 1. In 2020, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the Moscow region, restrictions were imposed on the work of catering establishments, and therefore the season of summer cafes started only on June 12, recalls the TV channel “360”.
