Of the 247 samples taken, only 4 did not meet the norm, however, due to the expired shelf life and the lack of labeling, 31 kg of products were withdrawn from the sale.
Therefore, when buying bakery products, it is recommended to pay attention to the following points: expiration date, packaging condition, general appearance of the product, labeling, compliance with storage temperature. If you have doubts about the quality of the product, it is better to refuse to purchase.
